Upper Union’s much‑loved Neighbourhood Lunch menu has returned.
“This menu has always been close to my heart,” says executive chef Amori Burger. “It’s built around my love of a quick midday something – light, generous, flavour-forward, and made for sharing.”
The menu reflects Upper Union’s social and playful spirit. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite during the week, or visiting us over the weekend, the Greenhouse team have created something that feels comforting without ever becoming heavy.
Upper Union’s Neighbourhood Lunch is served seven days a week during lunch service. Priced at R300 per person, it includes the much‑loved Kubaneh bread and butter, your choice of main, and a thoughtfully paired side.
Choose from one of three set menu options:
- Southern fried chicken and fired-grilled cabbage
- Fire-roasted aubergine and charred green tartare paneer
- Picanha with spring beans, green asparagus and edamame
