Upper Union is kicking off its series of winter wine dinners with winemaker, Berene Sauls of Tesselaarsdal – one of the most inspirational female winemakers in South Africa, and producer of exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
It looks like winter has finally descended on the Mother City. At Upper Union, Chef and Amori Burger and her team are loving the colder months - the fireplaces have been lit and their menu has been designed to heat you up from the inside out.
As the Cape gets set to welcome Summer, Chef Amori has updated her menu in-line with her seasonally led, locally sourced approach to cooking. As always, she has drawn inspiration from around the globe, creating a series of vibrant, flavourful and utterly more-ish dishes.
