Upper Union is kicking off its series of winter wine dinners with winemaker, Berene Sauls of Tesselaarsdal – one of the most inspirational female winemakers in South Africa, and producer of exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Berene will present the first vertical tasting of her wines alongside dinner prepared by Chef Amori Burger. The generous five-course menu, inspired by Upper Union’s new winter menu, promises beautiful, richly spiced flavours and dishes that are inspired by the cuisines of South America, India and the Middle East.
